Hi there! With the holidays right around the corner and my "to do" list spiraling out of control, I thought I'd take a few minutes to prep some gift tags now...before I get totally behind and start just writing on packages with Sharpie pens. :) (Yes, I happen to know from experience that if I don't make tags ahead of time I end up skipping that step altogether and then feel guilty later, lol.) So. Here is a sample of the tag collection I've got going:
I love how easy it is to make fun tags with coordinating products like Ormolu's MerryMaker collection! Basically, I just worked with the two sizes of blank packaging tags, added a dot or fabric tag here and there, found a few scrap pieces of metallic paper and some bling, and made use of foam pop dots for dimension. (Oh, I also used my handy paper crimper on that far right tag...I recommend intentionally going for a diagonal crimp, as trying to keep it lined up straight isn't always simple.)
Easy...and, more importantly, DONE. ;)
Here's hoping you find some time to get to all the little things on your list...

These are beautiful! You and I are on the same wave length this week-my project is holiday tags too! Different color scheme though-phew!
