Hello, hello! It is a Monday and still a holiday weekend for many. I just wanted to pop in today and share these few layouts (and a card) I had yet to share from the creative team. Beginning this week the team is going to start helping me out with blogging and I just have to share these before I miss my chance!

This layout is also for the 8x8 album I'm making for myself about adding running to my lifestyle. I made a pocket out of the packaging from my Treehugger Field Journal, tied some string from the Negative Number Package Tags around it and added little reminders to think about when I need an extra kick in the pants. ;) The pocket is popped up on foam squares to make it easier for the paper chains to slide in and out...and for me to add thoughts as desired.

I'm a huge fan of Ray Lamontagne and wanted to use the ticket stub I saved from the concert I saw this past May on my layout. I decided to keep most of the page fairly dark & neutral because I liked the way the sentiment tag colours just pop off the page, and I like how sentiments are relevant to the theme of my page. I also thought the 'Cloud 9' package tag was perfect as I was really SUPER excited and on my own little cloud before, during and after the concert!

This is a very simple card since I'm not a card maker, but the Tickets made it very easy to layer onto the paper, use a rub on sentiment/flower and voila a card is born!

I love the versatility of using all of these tags, or cutting them up and using them more as embellishments too. I used one of the Tree Hugging journaling cards for my journaling, but also wanted to include a date. I cut the month tag in thirds and used the month and year just below as a reference, then used the top of the tag as an embellishment at the top of the page by misting it and using a butterfly mask.
