I posted this on Twitter and Facebook yesterday- so now I am here blogging to help spread the word.
A relative of mine shared this link on Facebook and I knew Reiley would love to do this so I wasn't surprised when I told her about it how quickly she got to work. Jude helped and made his own heart and I helped him with another.
We are sending our hearts out today along with lots of hugs and prayers to Newtown.
