Inspiration. I don't know about you, but I could use some this summer. ;) We've been busy with house projects to the point that my creative mojo for scrapbooking has flown the coop. In an effort to jump start my artistic side again, I've been searching out fun projects that use the Ormolu products I love. Specifically, I've been drawn to projects that use the Ormolu goodies in unique ways...
First up, I found this fabulous perpetual calendar by Amy Baldwin:
I love how the Ormolu 2-Day Hooray Flair work so well as magnets! (Notice, too, that she mixed in both days of the week and number flair...) So simple, yet obviously perfect!
Next up is this gorgeous layout by Lisa Wilkinson:
In particular, here, I love how she added the stickers to spell out "worthy" to the Line & Letter Swatch! I've actually been passing over that very swatch because I haven't been able to figure out how to use it. Thanks, Lisa!!
Another layout that I love is this one by Lisa Truesdell:
The different tapes behind that Negative Number Package Tag are fabulous and I love how the tag's been cut off to be such a seamless part of the title. It's little things like that that will help me make better use of my stash. :)
And, finally (for today), I wanted to share this layout by Wilna Furstenberg:
I'm now absolutely inspired to dig out my Fact or Fiction Negative Package Tags and add journaling to them just like this! (I'd been hoarding them and thinking I would only use them for titles and hadn't considered being able to add printed journaling.)
Yay! Thanks so much to everyone for the inspiration and keep 'em coming! Remember that you can always upload your photos to our Facebook page and/or tag Ormolu when you upload your projects elsewhere online so we can find you more easily.
Happy creating!
- Amanda
